Job Context

Intelligent Card Limited is a leading Sim Card, Scratch Card, Bank Card & Smart Card manufacturing company, established in 2012. We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional for the position of Manager/Assistant Manager (HR).

Responsibilities

  • Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Admin issues as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
  • Able supervise, execute, manage and develop companywide HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic supports to all the departments & employees.
  • Needs to have a strong track record in corporate HR practices related to HR planning, compensation and benefits.
  • To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, retention, increment, worker`s wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
  • To have clear knowledge regarding office timing, leave management, grievance management and disciplinary functions effectively.
  • Conversant with local laws (company, labor, environmental, land, etc) & regulations and ensure implementation.
  • Responsible for official correspondence & interaction with executives within company and related government bodies.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, leadership skills, ability to generate professional reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English.
  • Coordination and management of various administrative issues.
  • Resolving any situation & any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • PGD in HRM is preferable
  • Skills Required: Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • 6 to 8 year(s)
